Egg Fried Bread

I love this recipe because my mum used to make it for us for breakfast when I was little all the time so it somehow reminds me of my childhood and whenever I make it, it's always with a little nostalgia and a lot of happiness. It's easy and tasty and it's something you can attempt when you had too much toast, cereals and juice and you're too lazy to make pancakes but still want something different.

For 2 to 3 people, you'll need two baguettes, 2 eggs, two tablespoons of milk and some butter for frying the bread.
Mix the eggs and the milk in a boil, soak the bread into it .
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the bread until it's golden/brownish in all sides.

and voila! a cup of tea and you're all set for the morning!
